Domestic Angels has its heart in one concept: people. Our angels are strongly people-focused, enjoying the relationships they build with clients and remaining firmly aware they are not simply doing a job, but visiting someone’s home.

This was the inspiration when Samantha Acton founded Domestic Angels in April 2002. Raised in Poole she is proud to run a local business for local people and believes empathy with both staff and clients is the key to Domestic Angels’ success.

This philosophy has ensured the core of the business has been domestic cleaning, from regular housework to intensive spring-cleans. However, the reputation of Domestic Angels for thorough and professional work has meant we also clean for local holiday agents managing the changeover of guests.

The greatest testament of the Domestic Angels’ approach was the suggestion from a client’s relative that we would be perfect to provide more personal care. As a result we now offer home help for people who need daily visits to make life both easier and more sociable.
